- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Orders
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
